This is probably the worst thing I have ever done. I think, if memory serves me right, I had abandoned myself to being completely normal and started doing what I was told as conservatively as possible. This lasted two days. This small assignment on STRESS is a useful reminder of those days, and proof and point of how stupid being subservient is. Luckily, I have added in little annoying emoticons, so you know that drugs are BAD and that laughing is GOOD.

Text Box: Meditation
Simple relaxation techniques have proved useful in reducing worry and muscle tension.
Try the following twice a day to relax:
 ·       Sit in a comfortable position.
 ·       Close your eyes.
 ·       Breathe in deeply and as you do so visualize breathing in relaxation.
 ·       When you breathe out, visualize breathing out tension.
 ·       The deep breathing, by itself, helps your muscles relax.
 ·       Next, silently repeat a phrase or word over. Choose words like ‘love’ ‘peace’ and ‘joy’.
Text Box:  Research has shown that practising such healing silence has benefits including:
 ·       Decrease in blood pressure, heart rate and muscle tension.
 ·       Decrease in stress hormones ACTH and cortisone.
 ·       Increased self-confidence, mental clarity, vitality, and creativity.
